I have bought many, many varieties of green beans to roast from Africa to Hawaii to South America to Jamaica to Central America to Mexico and even another PNG. I purchased your coffee the first time a few years ago and really liked it but wanted to try other varieties in case there was something I liked that was even better. What I quickly realized is that your coffee became my benchmark. I could not find another roast that I liked as well including Blue Jamaican that I just had to try. Even the other PNG didn't compare. So, I came back and am back as long as you're in business.
I was given a sample of your Peaberry on my last purchase and even like that better than the Namba Wan (grade A) but was told by Aarlie that the El Salvador was the best. So, will have to try that next time.
Most of all, I like the way you conduct your business. I roast for home use and fund rasiers where I work. It always gets rave reviews and even louder rave reviews when I tell them that the money for the beans directly supports the communities where the beans grow. The money we collect for what I roast directly goes to help struggling students in Washington so it gets twice the mileage for the same pound of coffee.
Thank you for your work with this and for your ministry. It's a great product and a great way to demonstrate your values.
Now, if you could just come up with a good decaf......{;o)
