At High Country Coffee, our business philosophy is simple: we offer our customers exceptionally fresh and high-value coffees directly from the growers and directly to the home roaster. Our genesis comes from our experience in working with New Guinea Traders, first in the Highlands of Papua New Guinea, then later in Central America, primarily El Salvador.
We know our growers personally. We have worked with them to develop their products and find markets. We import ourselves and can thereby bring the freshest coffee directly to you.
We are more than just an importer, but a business based on relationships: with our growers, our processors, our shippers... and our customers!
